We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, has excellent communication skills and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Previous real estate experience is preferred; however, we are happy to provide training to the right person who has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will have:
Current QLD Registration Certificate
Previous experience in real estate or property management is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right person with a positive attitude and robust willingness to learn
Robust communication and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and work proactively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills and a professional approach
Experience with PropertyMe, IRE, Realworks, RP Data, Realworks and Google Workspace is preferred
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Tasks & Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections
Complete entry and exit condition inspections and prepare reports
Process rental applications
Conduct open homes
Create and issue lease agreements and entry notices
Assist with maintenance coordination and property access
Assist the Property Managers with daily tasks as required
Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants and contractors
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong client relationships
