We're expanding our mining operation near Nyngan and are looking for experienced Multi-Skilled Production Operators to join our growing team. If you enjoy operating a variety of heavy mining equipment in a safety-focused production environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Multi-Skilled Production Operator, you'll play an significant role in delivering protected and efficient production outcomes. Working as part of a high-performing team, you'll operate a range of heavy mining equipment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, productivity, and equipment care.
Operate production mining equipment including Haul Trucks, Dozers and Graders
Operate Water Trucks, Loaders and Excavators as required
Complete pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks




Identify and report equipment faults and maintenance requirements
Follow site safety procedures and operational standards
Work closely with Supervisors and fellow operators to achieve production targets
Maintain high housekeeping standards and take pride in equipment care

About You

To be successful, you'll have:
Previous experience in an open-cut production mining environment
Demonstrated operating experience on Haul Trucks, Dozers, plus at least one of the following:
Graders
Water Trucks
Loaders
Excavators
Relevant RII competencies and/or a verifiable operating history
A strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
The ability to work effectively within a team
A positive attitude, reliable attendance, and strong work ethic
The ability to meet all pre-employment and site access requirements
