Assistant Venue Leader – Yo-Chi Charlestown Square
We’re looking for an Assistant Venue Leader to join Yo-Chi Charlestown Square! Someone who loves people, thrives in fast paced environments, and knows how to turn a good shift into a excellent one.

Yo-Chi is one of Australia’s coolest young brands, combining delicious frozen yogurt with an infinite flow of positive energy. This is your chance to step into a leadership role at one of the Hunter region's busiest shopping destinations, where you'll help create unforgettable guest experiences while building and leading an incredible team.

What you’ll be doing:
Leading shifts and setting the tone for a high energy, customer first environment.
Supporting the Venue Leader with daily operations including rostering, stock, cash handling, and compliance.
Coaching your team in real time so they grow, improve, and deliver standout service.
Keeping the venue running smoothly, safely, and looking its best.
Making sure every cup of Yo-Chi is consistent, high quality, and worth coming back for.
Helping drive performance across sales, costs, and overall venue standards.

What we’re looking for:
Previous leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
Experience with rostering and labour management.




A track record of achieving and driving key business KPIs.
A natural leader who inspires and energises their team, not just manages it.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
A genuine passion for people, exceptional customer service, and creating memorable experiences.
