We're a well-established civil construction company delivering projects across Queensland. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a hands-on leader who can drive safety, productivity and quality while building a solid team culture.
What you'll be doing
You'll take ownership of site operations, working closely with the Project Manager to deliver projects safely, on time and on budget.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading crews, subcontractors and plant operators on site
Planning and coordinating daily works to maximise productivity
Maintaining a strong safety culture and ensuring HSEQ compliance
Monitoring project progress, quality and programme
Managing labour, plant and resources efficiently
Completing daily reporting and site documentation
Building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
Identifying and resolving issues before they impact delivery
What you'll bring
You'll be an experienced civil construction Supervisor who enjoys leading people and delivering quality outcomes.
You'll have:
Local to the Mackay Region essential
Proven experience supervising civil construction projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
The ability to manage crews, subcontractors and site activities
A proactive approach to safety, planning and problem solving
Experience working to project schedules and budgets
