Lucas Collective is recruiting a Sous Chef to lead the BOH team at Grill Americano Sydney, a premium Venetian-style steakhouse. You will drive quality, consistency and efficiency during a current opening, guiding the kitchen through high-energy service and evolving menus.

Experience as a Sous Chef in a premium restaurant is essential, with robust leadership, cost awareness and a proactive, positive attitude. Sponsorship is available for successful candidates, and you’ll work a rotating roster
