About The Role

Work with a large Australian organisation that is heavily investing in technology. You will join a small, hands‑on Product Engineering team responsible for building and enhancing in‑house digital products that support core business operations.

This is a highly collaborative environment where everyone in the team remains close to the code. You will work directly with experienced engineers, product specialists and AI‑focused team members, contributing across both frontend and backend development.

What You Bring
At least 2 years' hands on software engineering experience
Strong fundamentals in one language and must have exposure to .NET/C#
Experience with JavaScript, HTML and modern web development (React)




Familiarity with technical testing practices and ideally UAT processes
AI assisted development experience and an interest and willingness to use AI tools (e.g. Claude Code) as part of daily development work
Ability to work across backend, frontend or full‑stack development
Attitude - they are looking for a strong engineer who wants to have an impact
Robust problem‑solving ability and ability to demonstrate your logic and thinking
