The Role:

This is a full time opportunity to join a agile and fast-paced team, with your time split between the North Ryde office and Sydney CBD flagship retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a genuine passion for improving healthcare outcomes.
Build strong product knowledge to confidently recommend tailored solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Achieve retail sales targets while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.
Conduct professional product fittings and educate customers on the most suitable orthopaedic and compression solutions for their needs.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
Process customer returns and warranty requests accurately.




Liaise with German manufacturing facility regarding faulty products and product-related enquiries.
Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc operational tasks as required.
