Goodline is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations from our Sunshine Coast office.
This is a key leadership role responsible for the delivery of accurate, compliant and efficient payroll services across a large, multi-site workforce. Reporting to senior management, you will oversee the end-to-end payroll function, provide leadership to the payroll team and drive continuous improvement across payroll systems and processes.
This opportunity is ideal for a payroll qualified with experience in high-volume environments within construction, mining, resources or labour hire who thrives in a fast-paced operational setting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee end-to-end weekly payroll processing
Lead, mentor and develop the payroll team to ensure high performance and accuracy
Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, Awards,
Enterprise Agreements and company policies
Oversee payroll tax, superannuation, PAYG and statutory reporting obligations
Perform payroll reconciliations and reporting before and after payroll processing
Maintain employee payroll records and employment documentation
Manage payroll audits and compliance requirements
About You
Proven experience in a Payroll Manager or senior payroll leadership position
Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, compliance requirements and reporting obligations
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor and develop a team
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
The ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
