Heidi is seeking a GTM Ops Lead to own Platform & Governance, Commercial Process Ownership, and Data & Tooling Enablement at a global and APAC level. You will partner with Sales, CS, Finance, Analytics and GTM Engineers to align processes, data and workflows as one system.
You will own data ingestion, enrichment, lead lifecycle, routing, revenue operations, renewal workflows, and the GTM tech stack; mentor junior analysts and adapt quickly in a quick-moving scale-up setting.
