Albury Wodonga Aboriginal Health Service (AWAHS) is seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to join our Social Emotional Wellbeing team. You will help participants navigate the NDIS, coordinate supports and empower goals within a culturally secure framework.

You will work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across North East Victoria and the Southern Riverina, building solid relationships with services while advocating for participant outcomes and independence.
