Seeking a ServiceNow GRC Architect / IRM Developer with hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC to design, configure, and enhance risk, compliance, and audit solutions while translating regulatory requirements into automated platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and support ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit).
Automate risk assessments, compliance testing, and evidence collection.
Build dashboards, KPIs, and reports for risk and compliance visibility.
Support platform upgrades, API integrations, and CMDB/CSDM alignment.
Required Skills
3–5+ years of ServiceNow development with IRM/GRC modules.
Solid knowledge of GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR).
Experience with stakeholder management and GRC process automation.
ServiceNow CSA/CIS-RC and CISA/CRISC certifications are preferred.
