We at Coforge are hiring for Salesforce Test Engineer with following skillset:

Overview

The role will focus on validating Salesforce capabilities, enterprise integrations, and end-to-end business processes across customer management, order management, returns, refunds, and customer service operations.

Working closely with developers, business analysts, integration teams, and business stakeholders, you will help ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions across Salesforce and connected enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Design, execute, and maintain test cases for Salesforce functionality, integrations, and end-to-end business processes.
Validate Salesforce configurations, including Lightning Experience, Flows, security controls, permissions, and validation rules.
Test APIs and integrations between Salesforce and external applications using tools such as Postman.
Conduct functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing across customer service and order management processes.
Verify data synchronization and business process integrity across integrated systems.
Support UAT activities, including test data preparation, defect management, and stakeholder engagement.




Log, track, and retest defects, ensuring timely resolution with delivery teams.
Utilize AI-assisted testing approaches to improve test efficiency and coverage.
Identify quality risks and recommend continuous improvement prospects.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in Software Testing, QA, or Quality Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce testing experience.
Robust knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Flows, validation rules, security models, and permissions.
Experience testing REST APIs and system integrations.
Proficiency with Jira, Zephyr, Xray, or similar test management tools.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce certification (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or similar).
Experience in Retail, FMCG, eCommerce, CRM, or Customer Care environments.
Familiarity with SOQL, event-driven architectures, and data synchronization patterns.
Experience testing bulk processing, file-based integrations, or RPA-enabled workflows.
Awareness of AI-assisted testing tools and practices.
