Accounting Operations Manager

What you’ll work on:

You’ll manage the relationship with the outsourced service provider, including setting and monitoring SLAs, resolving escalations, and driving quality across the co‑sourced model. Alongside that, you’ll oversee month‑end and year‑end close, own the general ledger, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and work directly with internal and external auditors. You’ll provide technical leadership across consolidation and reporting, and manage a small team of two. The business is still finding its feet – there is genuine scope to shape how things are done,



not just inherit a process and run it.

What you’ll need:
CA or CPA qualified
8‑10 years in financial accounting with solid IFRS knowledge
Experience managing outsourced or co‑sourced finance functions, including SLA oversight and issue resolution
Confident stakeholder manager – you’ll work across finance, third‑party partners, and the wider business
Experience in a multinational, multi‑entity setting
