QRIDA is seeking an experienced Complaints Officer to manage client complaints related to organisational dealings and assist in decisioning for government financial assistance in line with the Complaints Management Framework.

You will record, investigate, and report on complaints, coordinate with the reporting team, and help develop policies for QRIDA's loan and grant programs. This role supports delivering fair, consistent outcomes for rural Queensland communities.
