Full-Time Factory Worker – Windows & Doors Manufacturing

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Factory Worker to join a busy aluminum windows and doors manufacturing facility in Perth. This is a full-time, long-term role suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work in a factory or workshop workplace and takes pride in quality workmanship.

About the Role

You will be working in a factory environment supporting the production, preparation, and dispatch of aluminum windows and doors. The role is hands-on and diverse, assisting across multiple stages of the manufacturing and workflow process.

Key duties may include:
• Manufacturing and assembling aluminum windows and doors
• Measuring, cutting, and preparing aluminum components
• Operating hand and power tools
• Assisting with production workflows and general factory tasks
• Preparing finished products for dispatch and delivery
• Loading and unloading materials
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace




• Working closely with team members to meet daily production targets

Duties may vary depending on workload and experience.

Experience with aluminum products, windows and doors, or building materials will be highly regarded.
