Our clinics in Hobart are currently seeking an experienced Radiographer to join our team! As the area's main provider of radiology services, you will be exposed to a multitude of unique and engaging cases, in both a public hospital and busy outpatient clinic environment.

Reporting to theChief Radiographer , in this role you will be responsible for driving high quality and efficient imaging services across a range of modalitiesincluding General X-Ray, CT and theatre . This role is for a Fixed Term Full-Time Permanent position working Monday to Friday, 7.5-hour shifts between7:30am – 8:00pm , with weekend and on call work as required.

Key responsibilities:
Managing patients and operating specialised medical imaging equipment such asGeneral X-Ray, CT and Theatre II
Consistently delivering high levels of patient care and service
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
Promoting and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards

Key selection criteria:
Ability to obtain and or have current relevant Radiography Radiation license and skilled registration
Appropriate qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology/Diagnostic Medical Radiography
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals and corporate staff
Previous experience in CT is an advantage, but training in CT will be offered to the right candidate
