About Muddy River

We specialise in supporting our products through local assembly, parts, service and sales—working closely with dealers and directly with end-user customers across Australia.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a customer-focused parts professional who enjoys solving problems and building strong relationships. You will work closely with our sales, service and assembly teams and take responsibility for day-to-day parts operations, including:
Responding to customer and dealer parts enquiries
Parts interpretation and technical support
Order processing and follow-up
Customer account management.

This is a hands-on role where your service mindset, accuracy and initiative will make a real difference. As Muddy River continues to grow, there is genuine opportunity to develop your skills and progress within the business.
