We are currently seeking caring, reliable Support Workers to join our casual team across Gold Coast and in the Ormeau area.

What You’ll Be Doing
Personal support — assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
High‑level personal care, including mobility assistance and falls‑risk awareness
Community access — supporting clients to attend appointments, social activities, and community programs
Domestic assistance — cleaning, laundry, meal preparation
Companionship — offering emotional reassurance, conversation, and meaningful social connection
Mental‑health‑informed support — understanding behavioural cues and providing calm, reassuring interaction
Care plan documentation — following individualised plans and accurately recording services
Team collaboration — working closely with our coordinators and clinical team to ensure protected,



high‑quality support

About You

You’re someone who genuinely wants to make a difference in people’s lives. You bring:
Compassion and patience
Strong communication skills
Confidence working independently in clients’ homes and in the community
Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs

Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or current health‑related studies
Current First Aid & CPR
Driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Full Australian working rights
