About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to manage the warehouse team and be responsible for the end-to-end logistics, storage, and inventory accuracy.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role suited to someone who enjoys leading from the front and driving team performance.

Key responsibilities
Management of forklift drivers, yard hands and foodservice pickers within the Warehouse Team.
End-to-end management of finished goods within Warehouse Management System.
Audit pallet transfer activities of forklift drivers.
Forecasting, lead-time management and procurement of packaging and raw ingredients.
Oversee Daily Manifest creation and pallet dispatch to customers and 3PL storage.
Optimise pallet freezer, storage cool room, ingredient cool room and mezzanine storage capacity
Daily operational and admin tasks




Development of SOPs

What we're looking for
Proven experience in a warehouse role within food manufacturing.
Solid leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
In-depth knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and WHS requirements.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Hands‑on leader with a proactive approach to culture, safety, and quality.
