Job Description

Join our growing Mandurah team as a Speech Pathologist and make a real impact! If you thrive in a adaptable, community‑based role and are passionate about making an impact in the disability sector, we’d love to hear from you.

You will have the prospect to tailor your caseload to your strengths and interests, with the freedom to work with paediatrics, adults, or a mixed caseload. For those who enjoy a bit of travel, there are optional FIFO opportunities to Kalgoorlie, Geraldton, and Port Hedland, a great way to broaden your experience with travel and accommodation organised and supported by our team.

Your role
Deliver speech pathology services in homes, schools, and the local community.
Manage and prioritise your own caseload.
Complete observations and standardised assessments to set meaningful goals.
Provide evidence‑based therapy that builds communication skills and independence.
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
A passion for collaborating in a multi‑disciplinary team.
An interest in paediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (let’s tailor it together!).
