About the role:
We are seeking a casual Showroom Consultant to join our team. This role is an integral part of the journey for the customer, where your exceptional customer engagement skills will be imperative.
Greeting customers and delivering a warm, engaging showroom experience.
Develop and maintain relationships with a focus on the customer’s vision.
Work across a 7-day roster.
Keeping the showroom looking beautiful, organised, and welcoming
No designing involved – your customers will be supported by other team members for the actual design work.
About you:
A customer-centric approach.
Skilled presentation and manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Active listening skills.
Experience in approaching customers in a retail environment.
Must be available on a 7 day roster.
Previous retail experience would be an advantage.
