Key responsibilities
Manage and support a network of approximately 60 contractors
Ensure safety, compliance, and operational standards are consistently met
Monitor fleet performance and service delivery outcomes
Coordinate schedules and resolve day-to-day operational challenges
Build strong relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders




Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service

What we’re looking for
Experience in fleet management, logistics, transport, or contractor coordination
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent organisational skills
