As a WesTrac Component Technician, you will learn how to:
Assist in the assembly and disassembly of engines and powertrains
Support rebuild activities that keep our customers operating
Maintain protected work practices at all times
Collaborate with your crew to meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality results
About you:
Must be 18 years or older by December 2026
Australian working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
Robust communication, reading and writing skills
Genuine interest in mechanical trades, machinery or hands‑on learning
Driver’s licence and reliable transport (or close to obtaining one) with ability to travel to work and training
Honest, reliable and dependable
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
