Sandvik Mining Field Service Technician (Surface) – FIFO

About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a number of enthusiastic and skilled HD Fitters / Auto Electricians for our Field Service team supporting sites in the Pilbara and covering all other mining areas of Western Australia. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers with maintenance and repair on a range of surface Boom/Rotary drills, and their subcomponents including hydraulic, electrical, and automation systems. This role offers a fly-in-fly-out arrangement from Perth on a versatile roster (8:6 / 14:2), with travel to different customer sites across WA.

About You
Relevant Trade Qualification.
Experience maintaining surface drilling (boom and rotary).
Commitment to safety for yourself and your team.
Proactive, self‑motivated, and demonstrates initiative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy.
Current Manual Driver’s License.
Ability to pass pre‑employment medical, reference, police, and regular onsite drug & alcohol testing.
Experience on DI650 / DP1500 / Pantera / Leopard drills desirable.
