Octave is seeking a Payroll Manager APAC to lead end-to-end payroll across multiple APAC countries and support sales commission processes. You will manage a small team, collaborate with Finance, HR, Sales Ops, and external providers to ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery.
You will drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and deliver timely month-end and reporting activities while remaining close to the details. Remote options in Australia, Singapore, or Malaysia are considered.
