Job Summary

Fragomen Perth office is seeking an experienced immigration lawyer (Associate level) with at least 5 years of post‑admission (or registration) experience. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated drive and success in managing client portfolios, delivering strategic immigration advice, and will thrive in a fast‑paced, highly cooperative workplace. The position sits within one of our major corporate‑immigration teams, representing individuals, emerging businesses, and many of the world’s leading multinational companies.

Responsibilities
Proactively manage your caseload with support staff, delivering strategic Australian immigration advice to corporate and individual clients.
Think commercially, cultivate strong client relationships, and execute solutions that meet client challenges.
Work closely with senior staff, coaching and developing team members.

Qualifications
At least 5 years post‑admission experience in Australian immigration law and practice.
Quick learner with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Process‑driven with excellent attention to detail,



organizational and time‑management skills.
Accountable, able to work independently and perform in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
Effective team player with a flexible, can‑do work approach.
Demonstrated experience in managing client portfolios and delivering strategic immigration advice.
