About the Role
You'll lead the end-to-end implementation of Monday.com, partnering with stakeholders to streamline processes, improve workflow efficiency and drive successful adoption across the team.
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Monday.com across Brand and Marketing.
Partner closely with Fruition to design and deliver best-practice solutions.
Review and streamline existing workflows, processes and ways of working.
Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption and change.
Deliver training, coaching and ongoing support to team members.
Track project outcomes and report on implementation success and advantages realisation.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
About You
Proven project management experience, ideally within digital transformation or systems implementation.
Robust stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
Passion for process improvement and innovation.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Experience with Monday.com (or similar platforms) highly regarded.
