Core Talent is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well-established commercial builder on a 6-month contract for a high-profile commercial retail redevelopment in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Team on day-to-day commercial management including procurement, cost control and contract administration.
Key responsibilities include subcontract procurement, variation management, progress claims, cost reporting and RFIs.
