We’re seeking an experienced Incident Analyst with a solid background in superannuation operations, risk, or incident/complaints environments.
About the Role
As an Incident Analyst, you’ll be responsible for investigating, assessing and resolving operational incidents across the fund. You’ll work closely with internal teams to identify root causes, ensure timely remediation, and support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen member experience and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate operational incidents and service issues
Conduct root cause analysis and document findings
Coordinate remediation actions with internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate incident records and reporting
Identify trends, risks and opportunities for process improvement
Support compliance obligations and internal audit requirements
Contribute to a robust risk‑aware culture across the organisation
About You
You will bring:
Solid experience in superannuation (incidents or complaints)
Robust analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent written communication and documentation capability
