As we grow, we're looking for an experienced Business Coach with deep EOS expertise to guide our clients on their journey toward traction and healthy team alignment.

The Role:

We're seeking a results-driven, highly motivated Business Coach to deliver EOS-based coaching, facilitation, and accountability support to a portfolio of clients. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, helping them adopt and sustain EOS tools, disciplines, and mindset to drive lasting change and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate full-day EOS sessions (Focus Day, Vision Building, Quarterly/Annuals) with leadership teams
Coach clients through the EOS Process™ and tools (Accountability Chart, Rocks, L10s, Scorecards, etc.)
Help leadership teams align around vision, values, goals, and execution
Provide regular support, accountability, and encouragement as an EOS Implementer




Adapt EOS to different business sizes and dynamics while staying true to the core framework
Maintain robust client relationships and drive retention through measurable results

Qualifications:
Proven experience implementing EOS® in your own company or as a professional EOS Implementer
Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills
Deep understanding of business operations, leadership dynamics, and organisational development
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and results
Certified EOS Implementer® preferred, but open to experienced self-implementers with demonstrated success
Willingness to travel for in-person sessions (as needed)
