As an Fire Alarm Technician at Brown Enterprises Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of a range of fire alarm systems. This full time position in Townsville, QLD will see you working on-site at various locations, providing expert technical support to deliver exceptional customer service. Please note a current QBCC license for Alarms is required for this position
What you'll be doing
Installing, programming and testing fire alarm systems
Carrying out scheduled maintenance and repairs on existing alarm systems
Responding to callouts for system faults and malfunctions
Providing technical support and guidance to customers
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
What we're looking for
Formal qualifications in electrical, electronics or security systems
Demonstrated experience as an alarm technician or similar role
Solid technical skills and problem-solving abilities
Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
A skilled,
reliable and safety-focused approach to your work
A valid driver's licence
QBCC Licence is required and applicants will not be looked at if they don't carry the appropriate licence
