The Role

You'll take ownership of our used vehicle department, overseeing:
Purchasing and valuing quality used vehicles.
Stock management and pricing.
Leading and inspiring the sales team.
Driving profitability while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in used vehicle management or senior used car sales.
Solid buying, negotiation,



and appraisal skills.
A natural leader who leads by example.
