Job Description

A great opportunity exists for a Counsel to join our Sydney Corporate Real Estate practice on a 14‑month fixed‑term contract. The role involves providing legal advice and support on a range of real‑estate transactions and matters in a cooperative and supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Advise on legal aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, platform transactions and general property advice
Draft, review and negotiate a variety of real estate contracts
Liaise with clients, counterparties and external counsel as required
Supervise and manage a team of graduate, associate and senior associate level real estate specialists

Qualifications
Australia qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate in Australia




Significant post‑qualification experience in corporate real‑estate law
Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple matters and work to deadlines
Experience in managing a team (law firm or in‑house team preferred)
