Position
Full‑time permanent position. Monday to Friday 8 AM – 4 PM.
Booking and arranging transport for regional and interstate deliveries.
Preparing consignment notes and other documentation.
Preparing run sheets and tracking proof of deliveries.
Organising labels and documentation for external storage contractors.
Assisting sales representatives and other staff with their queries.
Administrative duties such as data entry, answering phones and emails.

About You
Previous experience in a transport, warehouse administration or clerical role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident liaising with a variety of people across teams and functions – including customers,



transport/shipping companies and truck drivers.
Ability to prioritise, follow‑up and manage your time effectively.
Computer literate with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Flexible to handle a changing workload and can think on your feet.
