As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will be supporting the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations, as well as guiding the team through bustling service periods. You will spearhead crew training, elevate the guest experience, and contribute to the management of inventory and finances.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skillsAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.Excellent communication, leadership and team-building skills1+ years of experience with quick food industry or Guzman y Gomez restaurant highly preferredPrevious experience in a restaurant management role or supervisory position, preferably in a fast food industry.
