The Role
Supporting Our Estimating And Project Delivery Teams, You Will Get a Front‑row Seat To The Entire Construction Lifecycle. You’ll Be Involved In:
Assisting with accurate cost estimates and compiling project budgets.
Procuring quotes and building relationships with our local subcontractor base.
Conducting “take‑offs” and preparing tender documentation.
Liaising with clients and suppliers under the guidance of senior staff.
Learning industry‑leading software and modern project workflows.
Who You Are
The Student/Grad: Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
The Detail‑Seeker: You have a sharp eye for the small things and a knack for organization.
The Communicator: You’re comfortable picking up the phone and talking to a subbie or a client.
