We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities in Sydney, Recent South Wales. This permanent, full-time role is ideal for an entry-level candidate eager to develop their career in the building and construction industry. The Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a secure working environment.

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and on-site personnel.
Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays.
Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control.




Maintain accurate records of site activities and materials used.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management or a related field is advantageous.
Entry-level experience in construction or site supervision is preferred.
Solid organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
