About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team. This position involves working across rotational rosters, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
Operation of forklifts
Assist with the operation of the hay press
Cleaning
Minor mechanical repairs
Operation of strapping and wrapping machines
Location & Compensation
Located in Northam. Competitive hourly rate. Onsite training and support. Employee Assistance Program. Working with a friendly team / family-owned business.
Qualifications
Current White Card
Current Police Clearance or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
A high level of attention to detail
Willful to undertake a pre‑employment medical, including regular drug and alcohol screening
Additional Requirements
This role deals directly with hay and straw and may not be suitable for those with allergies, asthma, or other respiratory conditions.
Due to fatigue management monitoring, only applicants that reside within approximately 40 minutes of Northam will be considered for this role. No accommodation is provided.
