We are seeking a motivated, trade-qualified Carpenter to join our growing team in Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Core Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Construct and erect timber frameworks, wall frames, roof trusses, ceilings, and flooring.
Install external cladding, sub-flooring, fascia, and timber window/door frames.
Execute precision first and second-fix carpentry (skirtings, architraves, doors, and bespoke fittings).
Cut, shape, and join timber materials using specialised power and hand tools.
Maintain strict in office health, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements
Qualification:



Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent international trade qualification).
Experience: 2–3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably on high-end residential sites.
Licences: Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and a Construction Induction White Card.
Skills: Solid communication, keen eye for detail, and ability to work well in a team.
