Location: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia
Role type: Part time with flexible work options
Responsibilities
Assisting the Facilities Management team with day-to-day operations
Facilities administration tasks – purchase orders, data management, and maintenance registers
Provide superior customer service and build robust relationships with clients
Provide regular leave cover for client accounts across CBRE client roster
Our ideal person
Confident in performing administrative tasks and able to work collaboratively
Experience in customer service and/or front of house/client-facing in a professional/corporate environment
Dedicated to exceptional customer service with a customer-centric approach
Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to manage workflow and priorities to meet deadlines
Ability to think quickly, problem-solve and adapt
Intermediate to advanced skills in core Microsoft Office packages – Word, Excel and Outlook
Previous experience in facilities, property, or related role is desired
