What you’ll be doing
Concrete preparation (Formwork) and lay to a broom finish
Formwork and Layout for Bond Beams
Experience with inground strip drainage (Highly Regarded)
Manage the concrete pour using concrete pump where required
Manage all aspects of steel work including mesh and bar ordering and installation
Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the concrete pouring process
Collaborating with the broader construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
General concreting and labouring duties on site
Experience reading and understanding plans
Use of hand and power tools
Experience with pools is an advantage
What we’re looking for
Minimum 2 years’ experience in concreting or pool surrounds work
Current C Class Licence
Current White Card
Ability to work both in a yard and on active construction sites
Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Good attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Clear communication skills and ability to work in a team
Valid Australian Working Rights
