What You’ll Do
Support daily operations, compliance and centre culture
Coach and mentor educators to deliver quality practice
Build strong relationships with families and community partners
Assist with occupancy and positive team engagement

What You Bring
Diploma or ACECQA‑approved qualification
Experience as an Assistant Director or senior educator
Current Working With Children Check
Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills
