We are a well-established, medium-sized 3PL warehouse operating for over 20 years and we are looking for an enthusiastic team member who wants to learn the logistics and warehousing industry from the ground up. If you’re someone who enjoys variety, likes to stay busy, isn’t afraid to swap the desk for the warehouse floor, and wants to build a long-term career, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across administration, customer service, warehouse operations and inventory management.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be involved in a mix of office and warehouse tasks, including:
Supporting the day-to-day inbound and outbound warehouse operations
Answering phones and responding to customer emails
Data entry and maintaining records using Excel and SAP
Checking, packing and dispatching customer orders
Organising freight and courier bookings
Maintaining proof of delivery (POD) documentation
Assisting with stocktakes and cycle counts
General warehouse duties and helping wherever needed
About you
We’re looking for attitude over experience.
You might already have some administration or warehouse experience, but if you’re keen to learn,
reliable and enjoy working as part of a team, we’ll provide the opportunity to develop your skills.
You’ll have:
Good computer skills (Excel, Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail
A positive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
The ability to think on your feet and solve problems
Positive time management and the ability to juggle priorities
A reasonable level of fitness, as this role includes warehouse duties and manual handling
A willingness to wear steel-cap boots and get involved on the warehouse floor
Why join us?
Learn all aspects of a busy logistics operation
Gain valuable experience in administration, warehousing and supply chain
Build skills that can lead to future career opportunities within the logistics industry
This is a full time salaried position working Monday to Friday (38 hours per week) and reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Flexibility is important, as occasional additional hours may be required during busy periods or stocktakes.
If you’re looking for a role where you can learn, grow and build a career—not just do the same thing every day—we’d love to hear from you.
