We are seeking a motivated Field Assistant to join our exploration team and support drilling, field operations, and sampling across various Brightstar exploration sites. Working closely with our senior geologists, you will play a key role in day to day exploration activities that drive the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct RC and Aircore drillhole sampling, following established QA/QC procedures
Prepare and organise samples for despatch to assay laboratories




Perform diamond core processing, including mark‑up, orientation, cutting, and sampling
Prepare drill sites, including hole mark‑out and supervision of earthmoving contractors
Carry out environmental rehabilitation, including collar cutting and contractor coordination
Adhere to safety protocols and participate actively in safety meetings
Assist geologists with logistics, equipment, and general field duties

About You
Previous experience in a similar field‑based or exploration support role
Robust work ethic and willingness to work in remote environments
Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
Forklift ticket (preferred)
Physically fit and able to complete manual field tasks
Valid C‑Class driver’s licence
