About the role

We require an experienced team player to work on a contract basis installing window furnishings in our customers' homes. Your people skills are essential as you are a key part of the interaction between Kresta Blinds and our valued customers. Experience in either Window Furnishing fitting or Awning, curtain and blind fitters is preferred, but we can train the right person. Your earning potential is high with a high volume of work to be expected.

We are currently seeking the right individual to fill a fitter position within our company, servicing Wollongong NSW.

Duties
Fit window furnishings (Awning, Blinds, Curtains, Shutters) in customers' homes
Performing service, check measures and maintenance works on these products




Liaise with the Centralised Service team who will coordinate your appointments
Identifying technical faults and actively problem solving to resolve installation issues
Provide exceptional customer service

You will have
Previous Window Furnishing fitting experience preferred but not essential
Experience in Curtain, Blind and Shutters
Proven handy person skills, proficient with hand tools and measuring equipment
Excellent communication skills
Solid attention to detail and pride in work
An understanding of secure work practices
Own Van and basic tools of the trade
ABN and Public Liability Insurance required
