We are looking for volunteers who will be a key part of the delivery of our Heart of the Nation Program. The program will deliver free education sessions to communities across Australia, to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and confidence to act in these life-threatening situations. Heart Foundation volunteers will assist to deliver engaging and consistent community education sessions on sudden cardiac arrest awareness, CPR and AED use, helping to build life-saving knowledge within local communities.
This is a current and exciting chance to use your skills and experience to make a significant impact in your local community. Full training will be given.

Anticipated that volunteers can deliver at least one 60 to 90 minute session per month, scheduling can be adaptable and designed to match with availability of trainer and community needs.
Training
All volunteers at the Heart Foundation are supported by a paid member of our team. Comprehensive induction and training program (CPR/AED awareness, public speaking, community engagement). Access to ongoing learning modules, updates, and check-ins. You will receive support from a local co-ordinator, other volunteers in your area and reporting tools
