Job Description
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and sponsors.
Monitor market trends to identify recent opportunities for growth within the Not For Profit sector.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development activities with organisational goals.
Manage a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful conversions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements in alignment with organisational policies.
Provide regular reporting on business development activities and outcomes.

The Successful Applicant





A successful Business Development Manager should have:
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the Not For Profit sector.
Robust negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software.
A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
