Salary - $43 per hour

Hours: Full time hours 38 per week

About the role

The Job Creation/ Data Entry Officer will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
Operating computer applications, such as a database software, to enter, record, edit and/or save data.
Transfer data from paper formats into database systems.
Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures.
Create recent job orders that come through the system
Taking incoming enquiries

About you

We are seeking an experienced Administrator who are eager to jump into this contract and possess the following qualities:
Previous experience in an Administration or Data entry role
Previous experience in a government department at an A03 level highly desirable
Proven experience with Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work within established routines and guidelines
Carries out their assigned duties under general direction
