Launch a career with true purpose.
From day one, you’ll be part of real conversations with real people facing real financial pressure.
You’ll support clients navigating debt, housing stress, family challenges, and financial crisis. Sometimes people just need someone who can listen without judgement. Other times, they need help finding a practical way forward when things feel overwhelming. That’s the work you’ll step into here.
As part of this full‑time traineeship, you’ll complete your Diploma of Financial Counselling while learning on the job. You’ll gain hands‑on experience, structured study support, and mentoring from experienced financial counsellors who genuinely want to see you succeed.
Including a pioneer of financial counselling, Aunty Betty. Her guidance, wisdom, and deep connection to community will help shape not just your skills, but your confidence and approach to supporting people through tough situations. You’ll also join a team where culture, community, and purpose sit at the centre of everything. The workplace is supportive, grounded, and deeply people‑focused. This is meaningful work with real long‑term impact both for the community and for your own career.
