Responsibilities
Enhance customer experience by maintaining a clean and orderly facility to the defined standards within the specified timelines, exceeding guests’ expectations.
Deliver quality service that meets guests’ needs.
Work in a clean, sanitary, protected, and organized manner, abiding by all health and safety regulations.
Maintain a skilled appearance and act as a role model according to the grooming and appearance policy.
Stay informed on department and property knowledge and promotions.
Clean hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, and employee and storage areas in the hotel, as directed.
Maintain and clean all equipment used during the shift, as directed.
Maintain proper documentation of all duties accomplished during the shift, as directed.
Report all safety hazards or maintenance deficiencies for timely handling and comply with all security measures.
Greet all guests with a proper salutation and pleasant expression.
Assist guests with issues within authority to ensure satisfaction while operating within established guidelines and policies.
Perform all duties in a quiet and orderly manner.




Assist with department projects as needed.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Previous casino/hotel industry experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Six (6) months of previous cleaning experience preferred.
Ability to clean as directed at an acceptable performance rate.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Must be able to operate equipment, including but not limited to vacuum cleaners, cleaning supplies, mops, and brooms.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
Must be able to lift, carry, and transport up to 40 pounds.
